By accessing or using the Planck Network Cloud Service & Datacenters Providers - FZCO ("Planck Network," "we," "us," or "our") platform and services (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform
Use of the Platform
Permitted Use: You may use the Platform for legitimate purposes only.
Prohibited Use: You may not use the Platform to:
Engage in any illegal or unauthorized activity.
Upload or transmit any content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
Interfere with or disrupt3 the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its related systems or networks.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized4 use of your account.
Intellectual Property
The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, software, scripts, code, designs, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, and other materials, are the intellectual property of Planck Network or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform's content without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Planck Network be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
