1.Summary

The boards of Planck Network Cyprus Ltd (the “Cyprus Issuer”) and Planck Network Ltd, British Virgin Islands (the “BVI Issuer”, and together the “Issuers”) have resolved to wind down both companies and to close out the $PLANCK utility token position in an orderly manner. This notice records that decision, opens the notification period for holders of $PLANCK, and sets out what will happen and by when.

This page is the single source of truth for the wind-down and is updated as each step completes.

3.Scope of this notice

This notice concerns the $PLANCK utility token and the two Issuers identified in section 2 only. It does not extend to any other company, and no other company is being wound down under it. Any question arising under a separate contract should be addressed to the counterparty named in that contract.

4.The notification window: what holders should do

If you hold, or have held, $PLANCK, or consider that you have a claim in connection with it, please submit your details before the deadline below by email to winddown@plancknetwork.eu. Every submission is acknowledged in writing within 7 days.

5.Regulatory position

The $PLANCK white paper was notified to CySEC on 8 October 2025 and published on 7 November 2025 in accordance with Title II of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (“MiCA”). In connection with this wind-down:

6.Token and treasury close-out

From the date of this notice there will be no further token generation event, minting, airdrop, snapshot, migration, bridge deployment or new contract deployment in connection with $PLANCK. Any communication suggesting otherwise is not authorised.

The Core Team allocation recorded at section G.5 of the white paper is being reconciled in full, on-chain and in the accounting records. Any balance remaining on completion of that reconciliation will be burned before the liquidation of the BVI Issuer commences, and the reconciliation will be delivered to the liquidator appointed for that company.

Mint, pause, blacklist and upgrade authority over the token contract will be renounced in a documented sequence. On completion, a technical notice will be published on this page recording the block heights, the transaction hashes, the resulting supply and the renounced roles, and confirming that no party retains administrative authority over the contract.

7.Liquidation and adjudication of claims

The Cyprus Issuer will be wound down by way of a members’ voluntary liquidation. The BVI Issuer will be wound down by way of a voluntary liquidation. A liquidator will be appointed for each company, and their appointment will be published on this page together with the address for the submission of claims in the liquidation.

Claims notified during the notification window will be provided to the appointed liquidator together with the records of the token position and the treasury reconciliation, and will be adjudicated by the liquidator in accordance with the applicable law. Nothing in this notice states, admits or rejects any entitlement, and nothing in it should be read as an assurance that any particular claim will be admitted or paid.

8.Personal data

Personal data submitted in response to this notice is processed for the purpose of the notification exercise, the treasury reconciliation and the liquidations, and is shared with the appointed liquidators and the Issuers’ professional advisers for those purposes. Data is retained for the period required by the applicable anti-money-laundering legislation and is then deleted. For data protection enquiries: winddown@plancknetwork.eu.

9.Fraud and impersonation warning

Wind-down announcements attract fraud. Please read this section.
  • No one acting for the Issuers or the liquidators will ever ask you for a private key, a seed phrase, or a wallet signature in order to process a claim.
  • No payment of any kind is required to submit or advance a claim. That includes any “gas fee”, “unlock fee”, “verification fee” or “recovery fee”. Any request for payment is fraudulent.
  • There is no token swap, no migration, no recovery portal and no compensation portal. Any site or message offering one is fraudulent.
  • The only official channels are this page, the claim inbox at winddown@plancknetwork.eu, and the official accounts linked from this page. Treat every other channel, account or individual as unauthorised.
  • This page is on plancknetwork.com and the mailbox is on plancknetwork.eu. Both are ours. Use only the address exactly as it appears on this page, and treat any other spelling or domain as fraudulent.
